Detailed Description:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Able to facilitate and run a detailed requirements gathering workshop with the appropriate business subject matter experts, leverage Design Thinking or other workshop methodologies, in conjunction with business analysis documentation templates.
Build close relationships with the functional areas the role is responsible for to understand what IT capabilities they need to innovate, grow, improve efficiencies, or address compliance requirements. Facilitate and function as a liaison between business units and IT’s development team to design and implement new solutions to meet business requirements
Be accountable for the completion of key project activities in collaboration with the IT Project Management Office, internal IT teams and vendors. Able to negotiate with teams, and escalate as required, when project roadblocks...
