Responsibilities
Lead the team in conducting pre/post-sale business reviews of select independent licensed insurance agents including new agents, special supervision agents, agents under investigation, etc.Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements to field leaders and agents. Influence and drive discussions on compliance topics with field leaders and agents.Provide management reports on trends and adherence to supervision/compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify trends and training opportunities for field agents.Coach the team in corrective coaching discussions and supervisory training to agents for adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Provide direction in the development and implementation of training materials, such as bulletins and webinars.Identify and evaluate opportunitie...
