Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :
● Own end-to-end rider sourcing and hiring strategy for assigned regions/cities aligned to
OPD and expansion plans.
●Lead weekly and monthly hiring targets with strong forecasting, demand planning, and
execution rigor.
● Design and implement scalable short-term and long-term sourcing strategies to build a
sustainable rider funnel.
●Own complete new rider lifecycle metrics — sourcing, onboarding, activation,
productivity, retention, and cost efficiency.
● Monitor and optimize rider cost metrics, hiring efficiency, and fulfilment ratios while
ensuring supply-demand balance.
● Drive daily and weekly performance reviews through data dashboards and structured
governance.
