You will be part of a talented team of 20 HR professionals throughout the Americas region, but report to the Regional Director of Latin America. This is an on-site position in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership: Be the go-to for managers and employees across LATAM. Partner with leadership on people strategy, org design, and performance.
Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruiting and make sure every new hire feels genuinely welcomed — not just onboarded.
