This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands on Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver HR support for an innovative new initiative at NBCUniversal, with primary accountability for the Canadian workforce and a strong focus on Quebec. Based in Montreal, this role will partner closely with leaders and employees across highly specialized technical and creative teams to build, scale, and mature HR practices in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Supporting employees across Canada and the United States, you will serve as the primary HR partner for your client group, providing strategic and pragmatic HR guidance across employee relations, labor relations, health and safety, talent planning, and workforce growth.
