Under the general direction of the Director, Digital Workforce & Analytics, the Manager, Reporting & Insights serves as a critical lead responsible for steering the People Strategy, Equity & Culture (PSEC) People Analytics team in the end-to-end development, delivery, and optimization of high-impact reporting and advanced workforce insights.
