About the Role We are hiring an HR Manager to independently lead and strengthen the HR function at Metalegal Advocates. This is a high-ownership role where the selected candidate will work closely with leadership to streamline, strengthen, and build scalable HR systems, processes, and organisational practices across the Firm. The role requires someone who can identify operational gaps, improve existing structures, and implement practical HR frameworks that support organisational growth, accountability, and professional culture. What You'll Own HR Infrastructure Review existing HR processes and strengthen policies, SOPs, workflows, and overall HR systems across the Firm.
