The Manager, HR Business Partner plays a key role in delivering Maple Leaf Foods' People Strategy by partnering with assigned client groups within our head office located in Mississauga to strengthen leadership capability, drive employee engagement, and support organizational performance. This role combines strategic partnership with operational excellence, providing trusted guidance to leaders while ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution of HR programs and processes in a fast‑paced environment.
