Manager, Health Data and Analytics

Job Summary

CMHA Ontario is seeking a Manager, Health Data and Analytics to strengthen data quality in the community mental health and addiction sector and improve the use and understanding of performance indicators and data. The role supports CMHA Ontario and its branches to more effectively collect and use data and measurement for quality improvement, performance management, and strategic planning, and establishes CMHA as a leader in measurement in the community MHA sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Support performance measurement and data quality measures to enable capture of relevant and meaningful information for assessing quality in the community mental health and addiction sector.
• Develop and refine knowledge and expertise related to health care data at the system and provider levels for the sector in Ontario.
• Participate in the review, prioritization and development of indicators for the sector.
