Job Description

This position will play a vital role in maintaining the health and safety program and ensuring continuous improvement related to Health & Safety at AirBoss.

Responsibilities

• Manages the health and safety program and related procedures and initiatives.
• As a safety advocate leads by example by complying with all plant and occupational health and safety policies.
• Provides leadership and works with all staff to continually improve health and safety performance.
• Works collectively to determine goals and strategies for compliance and continuous improvement, monitors progress and celebrates successes.
• Identifies workplace hazards through completion of risk assessments for existing and new/modified equipment.
• Develops programs to promote a safe and healthy culture.
