Overview
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to act as a strategic finance business partner to our Global Real Estate function. This role will support real estate strategy, leasing decisions, and capital investments while owning core FP&A deliverables, driving financial insight, and improving processes. The position includes people management responsibility and regular exposure to senior leadership.
Real Estate Finance & Business Partnering
- Act as the primary finance business partner to the Global Real Estate team.
- Support real estate strategy, including:
- New lease and renewal negotiations.
- Site optimization and portfolio decisions.
- Capital expenditure planning and evaluation.
- Develop and review business cases, investment appraisals, and return analysis.
