Manager - Finance

Manage the company's overall finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and treasury operations to maintain healthy cash flow. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, audits, and other regulatory filings. Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities on finance-related matters. Analyze business performance, profitability, inventory valuation, and operational costs, providing recommendations to management. Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and processes to safeguard company assets and minimize risks. Lead and develop the finance and accounts team while supporting strategic business decisions through financial insights and data analysis. CTC upto 12LPA
