Manager facility quality

As an Operational Excellence Manager (Opex Manager) at Phillips‐Medisize, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects that drive meaningful operational change, with a strong focus on cost reduction, production process optimization, and product quality assurance. You will be part of the Operations organization, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will work cross‐functionally and collaboratively with multiple plant areas, supporting and enabling teams in the deployment of continuous improvement methodologies and the development of organizational capabilities.
Plan, develop, execute, and follow up on continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies.
Present monthly reports to General Management and corporate stakeholders on project progress, cost savings, and achieved results.
Implement actions to optimize time and motion, including SMED and Kaizen projects.
