In this role you will:
Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledgeManage a team of operational personnel in Toronto that provides oversight on expense accounting including expense GL reclassifications, accruals, deferrals & pre-payments, asset management, cheque deposits, payroll, etc.Prepare and maintain operational procedures related to expense accounting processes and oversight activitiesInteract remotely with Global Finance Services Unit processing team in Bogota, Colombia including conducting training of staff and providing clarification on operating proceduresProvide coaching and feedback to GPO (Global Payment Operations) team members, support employee personal development plans, and promote collaboration to ensure business continuity and success of continuous improvement i...
