The LATAM Enablement organization seeks a Chief Enablement Officer to partner with a Sales Leader to develop and execute an end‑to‑end enablement strategy that accelerates talent development and drives revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the enablement strategy, including quarterly calendars, agendas, and plans aligned with business priorities.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify gaps and create targeted enablement programs that influence business outcomes.
- Act as a thought leader on enablement trends, tools, and technologies; engage cross‑functional collaborators to deliver an integrated plan.
- Architect learning experiences that elevate sellers’ skills for impactful customer conversations.
