Management of Scotiabank’s overall Global Employee Engagement program and digital platform (Benevity), with regular content updates, profiling volunteering and giving opportunities for employees across our markets.Engage with existing charity partners to explore potential volunteering and giving opportunities.Program support for employee inquiries through the different channels owned by the team (engagement platform and centralized inbox).Support bespoke group volunteer opportunities when needed.Management and implementation of Scotiabank employee engagement programs; Volunteer Rewards, Team Matching and Board Matching.Collaboration with the Senior Manager, Employee Giving t...
