Reporting to the VP, Digital, the Manager, Digital Product Innovation will play a critical role in driving the evolution of our digital ecosystem. This individual will lead a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing existing digital products by implementing innovative features that add measurable business value. Additionally, the role will concentrate on strategic initiatives, supporting the VP of Digital in identifying cutting‑edge solutions in the marketplace to advance organizational goals such as growth, operational efficiency, self‑service, and an exceptional member experience. This role is a key resource in leading the integration of ACU’s commitment to rural and agricultural communities, francophone services, values‑based banking and ACU’s triple bottom line accountability to people, planet, and prosperity.
