Manager, Digital Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Manager who has led, guided, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of experts. Aside from being an exceptional leader who creates high engagement, the Manager is a change agent motivating the team. The Manager is also recognized for the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to easily overcome obstacles.

What you'll do:

• Own your team’s roadmap. You will leverage internal experts and external partners, analyze customers insights and behaviours and many data sources to refine the strategy and support your team in translating the vision in an actionable roadmap.

• Lead, coach and support a high performing and engaged team. You will mentor and inspire a team of experts. You will help them develop their skills and their expertise and champion our digital projects and practices.
