Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting - ICOFR
Job Description
Reporting to the AVP, Corporate Financial Reporting – Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (“ICOFR”), the Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting – ICOFR supports the maintenance and enhancement of the Company’s global ICOFR program.
Responsibilities
- Provide monitoring and advisory support to operating segments, risk and compliance teams, and business units over the scoping, improving, and greenlighting of entity-level, business process, and IT general controls
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure alignment, audit readiness, and addressing findings
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Report global ICOFR program updates, assessment results, and potential gaps to senior management, audit committee, and other stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members, developing them into future leaders
