Manager, Corporate Development

The Manager, Corporate Development, plays a key role in supporting Torex Gold’s growth strategy by proactively identifying and evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions across the mining sector. The role is responsible for originating and assessing acquisition opportunities, conducting financial and strategic analysis, and advancing opportunities through structured evaluation processes.

Working closely with the SVP, Investor Relations & Corporate Development, and senior leadership, the Manager will coordinate cross‑functional due diligence activities and develop insights that support strategic decision‑making. This position combines financial analysis, technical collaboration, and market intelligence to help identify opportunities that align with the Company’s long‑term growth objectives.
