In this role, you will:
Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledgeManage the end-to-end delivery of the Human Capital and Compensation Committee of the Board’s (HCOB’s) agenda and process including ensuring execution of the annual work plan, coordination of material preparation, management of timelines and input from multiple sources, co-ordination of executive reviews, etc. in support of the HCOB’s mandate. This includes developing and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives and troubleshooting issues, updating HCOB-related procedures, assisting with drafting cover memos and resolutions, organizing and storage of HCOB materials, and collaborating with local HR to support the HCOB’s discharge of local requirements as the overarching remuneration committee for ScotiabankPartake in peer-reviews of material submitted to HCO...
