In this managerial capacity, you will be accountable for the operational integrity of the PaaS environment. Leading initiatives in cloud security, incident management, and team development are pivotal. Your role includes aligning with other technology leaders to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational accountability for cloud platform services
• Lead ITSM processes for incident handling and service outages
• Establish cloud standards and security protocols
• Drive modernization and governance improvements
• Coach and develop technical teams for success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years in IT infrastructure, particularly cloud
• 3 years in a leadership role managing tech teams
