Manager, Business Intelligence

Job Summary As Manager, Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for delivering trusted, timely, and actionable insights that support decision‑making across the Residential Lending Solutions (RLS) area. Reporting to the Director, Business Excellence & Product Services, this role leads the execution and delivery of business intelligence capabilities, including performance reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Your mandate spans the design, execution, and ongoing delivery of business intelligence solutions, including performance reporting, dashboards, analytics, and adoption across RLS.

Develop, deliver, and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and curated insights for Product, Operations, and Business Excellence stakeholders within RLS.

Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.
