As Liquor Store Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of operations at Liquor House. Bringing 2 to 3 years of experience, you'll manage staff, decide on merchandise, and develop innovative marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be vital in addressing customer requests, complaints, and ensuring optimal product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and distribute duties accordingly
• Decide on merchandise and services available for sale
• Set pricing and credit policies to be followed
• Formulate and execute marketing strategies
• Solve customer complaints and supply issues
Requirements:
• Must have secondary school graduation
• 2 to 3 years of previous retail management experience
• Eligibility as a Canadian citizen or resident
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
