About the Role
As an Asset Protection Manager, you lead a team of AP Specialists across a campus or group of high‑risk stores. You are responsible for implementing safety and shortage reduction strategies, managing investigations, and developing your team. Your leadership helps ensure a secure, compliant, and inclusive environment across our house of iconic brands: Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop AP Specialists to ensure consistent execution of safety and shortage reduction strategies across multiple stores.
- Oversee investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
