You will be joining a boutique, real estate private equity firm that specializes in value-add, development and special situational multi-residential projects. Over the past two years, the firm haspleted over $250M of transactions with the intention of creating a $1B+ real estate fund over the next 2-3 years.
Your new role
As the Manager, Asset Management, you will be responsible for the operational, financial, andpliance performance of the Ontario portfolio. This role is responsible for executing portfolio-level initiatives, driving asset performance, and supporting value optimization strategies across all Ontario properties. The position operates under the direction of the Director, with delegated authority as assigned.
