What’s the opportunity?

Join Operational Efficiency (OE) team under Personal & Commercial Operations (PCO) and be part of the national team that enables operations across RBC in Canada. You will partner with other IT groups and Personal and Commercial Operations (PCO) business line(s) to assess, research, analyze and resolve business and systems issues. Where appropriate, issues to be documented to support recommendations for permanent resolutions. This role will have occasional after hours/on call rotation. Tech Design and Resiliency (TD&R) stream under OE provides hands‑on experience with the systems, data, analytics, and automation capabilities that support operations across PCO.

What will you do?

• Provide efficient day‑to‑day level 2 and 3 support to critical Personal and Commercial Operations applications/tools, mainframe, data lake, and databases by applying hands‑on technical expertise.
