Role

The Agile Marketing team is responsible for driving operational excellence by standing up and leading Scotiabank’s Campaign Execution squads for the retail bank by implementing and tracking agile methodologies of the end to end process.

As the Manager, Agile Marketing you are responsible for leading agile squads designed to deliver go to market plans that drive business and marketing objectives. You do this by implementing agile ceremonies that drive continuous optimization of Marketing operations and provide squad governance that expands best practices.

The Manager of agile marketing acts as a true change agent and as a champion of the Agile methodology, partnering with other Agile project teams to share best practices and help mature the organization’s agility.
