What You'll Do
- Learn how to manage and grow product categories by analyzing sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends
- Support category planning activities, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
- Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends to identify opportunities for business growth
- Assist in preparing reports, business reviews, and recommendations to support merchandising decisions
- Participate in projects that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive category performance
- Gain exposure to negotiations, vendor management, and commercial planning through hands-on learning and mentorship
