Commercial Management Accountant position in a fast-evolving UK business Your new company We’re currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in North-East Hampshire to appoint a Management Accountant. Operating within a collaborative and commercially focused environment, the business offers a flexible hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home). Your new role This is a key commercial finance position, supporting senior stakeholders with accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You’ll take ownership of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, as well as delivering meaningful insights through KPIs and financial dashboards.
