Major and Institutional Giving Manager Department : Philanthropy
Employment Type : Full-time, permanent, hybrid (in-person and remote) role
Job Purpose Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Communications, the Major and Institutional Giving Manager will plan and execute the strategy for soliciting major (leadership) gifts from donors and grants from foundations and other organizations. To help achieve annual and long‑term fundraising goals, this role will manage and grow portfolios of major gifts, grants, and legacy gifts. The manager will collaborate with philanthropy managers, community engagement, marketing communications, and colleagues across the organization, provide leadership to a future specialist, and foster a high‑performing environment to advance organizational priorities.
