Location : Timber Grove Apartments, Surrey, BC
Start Date: As soon as possible.
End Date: Until Return of Incumbent
Schedule: 7am to 3pm - Monday to Friday
Job Summary Under the direction of the Manager or designate, the Maintenance Worker performs a variety of cleaning, landscaping and interior & exterior maintenance duties at various Coast properties.
Typical Functions & Responsibilities
- Performs typical maintenance and repair work such as unplugging sinks and toilets, minor drywall repairs, touching up paint, changing locks, door handles and replacing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes.
