Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Facilities, as the Maintenance Worker you are responsible for ensuring the maintenance needs assigned properties are met in an effective and efficient manner.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Completing thorough daily inspections of properties, and addressing repairs or concerns in a timely manner. Handling tenant requests, including proper follow-up and maintenance checklists. Ensuring tenants’ needs are accommodated with excellent customer service in accordance with corporate quality standards and procedures. Conducting maintenance related duties, using all equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Overseeing and assisting external contractors on site as required.
