Maintenance Worker II

Your Opportunity:

Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of skilled mechanical maintenance and repair duties on various types of equipment, buildings and grounds in consultation with the Facility maintenance site lead and in accordance with accepted standards, regulations and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for completing preventative and demand work orders within the e-Facilities maintenance management system. Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Plumbing installation and repair.
Door hardware and locks. Drywall repair and painting.
Demonstrate the ability to work well with others and independently.
Understands the importance of confidentiality.
The Maintenance Worker II has frequent physical demands which include extensive standing, walking, bending and lifting of heavy equipment and supplies.
