Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician works within a multidisciplinary team to perform basic maintenance and repairs related to various Cool Aid buildings, suites, grounds, and equipment. The Technician ensures that Society properties are properly maintained, conducts routine inspections, and works closely with clients in occupied and unoccupied rooms as well as common areas, often working alone.

Qualifications

• Education: Grade 10 plus related vocational training such as a building maintenance course.
• Experience: Two (2) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Requirements:
  • Successful completion of the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General Criminal Record Check.
