Job Description
Work shifts - 3 shift rotation - every two weeksMaintain and repair production equipment and machinery and some building maintenance (drain blockage removal, water supply, etc.)Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution of production machines (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, electrical if possible)Work with a continuous improvement mindset to reduce cost, breakdowns, and wastageProvide expertise and knowledge when required to Operators, Lead Hands, Supervisors, ManagersRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform PMsComplete daily / weekly / monthly safety checks, PMs, and performing routine plant monitoring in accordance with maintenance schedules while recording actionsMonitor work of contractors as requiredParticipate in the health and safety, food safety and environmental programsAssist with ongoing management of inventory levels for replacement ...
