Maintenance Technician
Job Description
MISSION
Ensure the proper functioning of the plant's facilities and equipment in accordance with the established maintenance plan.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Carry out preventive maintenance programs on production equipment or Ficosa facilities.
- Perform corrective maintenance on machines/facilities as quickly as possible.
- Collaborate in designing preventive plans for equipment based on failures, breakdowns, and repairs that may occur.
- Adjust and install new machinery and facilities.
- Ensure that Ficosa's facilities, machines, and tools are used and maintained properly.
- Train employees on the maintenance, preservation, and rational use of machines and facilities.
- Report to the Head of the Maintenance Department/Area about activities and any new irregularities detected in machines, tools, and infrastructure.
- Propose ideas to increase the effectiveness of maintenance measures.
