Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and upkeep of all production machinery, utilities, and facility systems in the HVAC manufacturing plant. This includes preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of assembly lines, testing equipment, and plant utilities such as compressed air, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for production equipment and utilities
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, calibration, and servicing
- Use predictive maintenance techniques where applicable
