What You'll Do

• Perform building, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to support employee and laboratory environments
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal partners
• Prioritize work using PM systems and work orders; ensure timely, code compliant completion
• Order materials and maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS
