The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated, honest, fast paced, hardworking Maintenance Technician with the proven ability to work with a team of maintenance technicians/handymen, in overseeing a portfolio in Burlington. A suitable candidate would be someone with a customer service mindset and the ability to effectively manage the day-to-day maintenance requests in priority sequence to ensure the safety and functionality of the properties on an on-going basis.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Effectively manage a large portfolio of residential townhome properties.

Managing work orders to ensure they are completed in priority sequence and in a timely manner

Completing minor plumbing and minor electrical maintenance issues

Completing minor carpentry, painting and patchwork projects

Ensuring community grounds are clean, free of debris, and aesthetically pleasing<...
