Key Responsibilities:
• Perform painting, drywall patching, and taping tasks
• Identify and report faulty operations and defects
• Maintain building exteriors and conduct ground upkeep
• Repair windows, doors, switches, and appliances
• Diagnose plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
