Perfect Candidate

• 2-3 years of experience in the construction or maintenance field
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and build a career
• Reliable team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Able to take direction and work independently with limited supervision
• Entry‑level candidates welcome; training will be provided
• Own standard tools required for most maintenance projects; additional tools will be provided
• Comfortable taking ownership of job‑site requirements, timelines, and client communication
