Job Description
We currently have
an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Thunder Bay, ON location.Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance activities, including planning, scheduling, and prioritization of work
Lead procurement and inventory management for maintenance materials, equipment, and spare parts
Maintain vendor relationships, including sourcing, pricing, and performance evaluation
Support preventive maintenance programs and coordinate plant shutdowns
Maintain accurate records within the CMMS, including asset, inventory, and maintenance data
Provide leadership to the maintenance team, including coaching, scheduling, and supporting HR-related activities
Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives
