Therma-Tru Doors, a leading entry door brand, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our high-volume glass plant in H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing your work team’s activities, prioritizing tasks that require immediate attention and ensuring they are carried out safely and timely.

• Organize and assign workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated work tasks.
• Assess the work performance of the team and identify areas that need improvement.
• Analyze and make decisions on critical equipment failures.
• Ensure that productive and peripheral equipment is working 100% to avoid downtime for repairs.
• Coordinate equipment and building improvement projects.
