I’m currently working with a well-established industrial operation in Northern BC seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead site maintenance activities and drive reliability across a busy manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a skilled maintenance team, with responsibility for preventive and predictive maintenance programs, contractor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
