Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct maintenance staff, including skilled trades, schedulers, and support staff.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance programs and work orders across electrical, electronic, mechanical, HVAC, material handling, and building systems.
- Triage equipment issues and ensure timely testing, repair, and restoration of systems.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of material handling systems, including automated conveyor, sorter systems, automated and semi-automated cranes, palletizers, etc.
- Interact with and coordinate external service providers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, system documentation, and work orders using CMMS tools.
