Job Description
Purpose of Position:
To execute the Quality Audit and Surveillance program, and to assist with all other aspects of the QA system under the direction of the Regional Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Manager, perform quality audits and/or surveillance as per the requirements of the Audit / Surveillance Program (including reports and follow-up).
Execute ad-hoc, unscheduled audits and work surveillance activities to ensure continued compliance with regulatory and company policy and procedures as applicable.Audit / Surveillance follow up, Service Difficulty Reporting or other communications with Transport Canada.Execute process/procedural audits / surveillance of specific functions at the request of maintenance Supervisors (quality improvement initiatives).Support the Error Management (Human Factors, SMS, etc.) programs, as requested with technical follow-up of maintenance e...
