As the Maintenance & Night Manager at one of CHVI’s flagship properties, the Mount Engadine Lodge (MEL), your expertise will ensure that the lodge is running smoothly, safely, and with the highest standards of care. From overseeing daily maintenance checks and coordinating repairs to supporting improvement projects and contractor visits, you play an essential role in making our guests’ experience memorable. In the evenings, you will assume the role of Night Manager, addressing guest and lodge issues as they may arise. Your leadership and hands‑on approach will help foster a culture of collaboration, positivity, and growth that not only contributes to an excellent guest experience, but an excellent work environment.
