Maintenance Manager (Toronto)

As the Maintenance Manager at a V!VA Retirement Community, you will report to the Community Director and lead the Maintenance Department with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence. You will supervise Maintenance Assistants, manage building systems and preventative maintenance, and ensure the physical environment reflects V!VA’s high standards. You also play a key role in emergency preparedness, capital planning, and fostering a positive team culture to ensure V!VA Retirement Communities provides the best overall care for its residents.
