Maintenance Manager

Overview

Lead production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. Implement manufacturing strategy and build a high‑performing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage change and transformation among operating teams, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF Factory of Future line‑centric organization, and autonomous maintenance initiatives to progress into self‑sufficient teams.
• Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals in line with the site’s business need; coach line leaders and communicate plans and KPIs to employees.
• Lead and be accountable for governance to review, control operational performance, and drive continuous improvement with a zero‑loss mindset.
